Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. All accessories and tags must be intact; otherwise, the refund may be denied.
Refund Process
- Please contact us first at support@happyshopz.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
- After we receive the item and verify it is in good condition, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Standard return shipping is paid by the customer.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For partial returns, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual purchase price of the returned item(s).
